About Me
WHAT IF DESPITE YOUR BUSY LIFESTYLE YOU COULD START A SUSTAINABLE METHOD TO LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT LOSING YOUR JOY?
WELL, YOU CAN!
Maybe you think it’s impossible to lose weight easily, that your lifestyle is jam packed with all of your obligations. Maybe you are tired from trying anything and everything to lose weight or maintain it.
I get it, I have been there too!
I’m Mitra Codel , a French psychologist who settled down in Virginia a few years ago with my husband and 4 kids. And all of a sudden my lifestyle completely changed. I was taking care of everything and everyone but myself.
So within 12 months, I gained over 25 pounds. Plus I never exercised a lot, I am not an athletic person (not even close!) and doing fitness is one of my least favorite things in the world. Don’t even talk about dieting! I just can’t handle it more than a couple of days.
Life was crazy busy when we moved to our new hometown but after 18 months I realized I couldn’t continue with my new lifestyle
However I didn’t want to go to the gym 3 times a week or start a depriving diet. My life was pretty unpredictable and I needed an EASY method to help me lose those extra pounds. I wanted something simple, yet efficient. So I tailored my own method.
Losing weight doesn’t need to feel hard to be effective
In fact, it’s the exact contrary: when getting fit feels hard, it won’t be sustainable and so it won’t work!
You may lose a couple of pounds or even 10 pounds, but then those pounds will bounce back or worse: you’ll gain additional weight! Because going through restrictive diets or boring, repetitive workouts is all but sustainable!
So where do we start?
