Are You Self-Sabotaging?

Self-sabotage is a real and serious mental health condition. But many weightloss coaches and weightloss programs talk about “self-sabotaging” as a reason why you don’t get the results you are longing for, even if you follow your methods.

 

This is labelling an annoying thing by a big fat term and thinking that you have solved the problem. I believe that when people use “self-sabotage” to label a behavior, they are missing the point.
